Australian Shipping

Shipping Charges (Metro Australia)
  • Standard shipping is FREE.

  • Express Courier shipping rate is charged at $14.95
  • Please note that shipping will be charged for exchanged products.
Shipping Method
  • We ship all of our items with DHL Express or Australia Post.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which lets you monitor the progress of your order.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery. Someone from your house or your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf, however if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a note will be left to indicate a failed delivery attempt and to give further instructions on how to receive your package. To avoid delays in receiving your package we recommend sending your purchase to your workplace.
    Shipping Time

    If your item is in stock, your order will be processed the next business day after it has been received. If you have ordered an out of stock item, the order will be processed as soon as your item is back in stock. If you order multiple items we will ship all available items as per normal, and out of stock items as soon as they are back in stock.

    For standard delivery, please allow 2 to 10 business days from the date the order is despatched from our premises. For express deliveries, please allow 1 to 3 business days from the date the order is despatched from our premises. Deliveries may take slightly longer for country areas.

     

    International Shipping

    • Standard International shipping is charged at $20 AUD.
    • Express Courier shipping is charged at $29.95 AUD

    • Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
    • Price, and shipping and handling charges, do not include relevant custom duties taxes that may be incurred when shipping overseas. These charges are to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom office for more details.

      Import Charges


      All items are shipped from Australia. For international orders, some countries may charge customs, duties, taxes or other import fees. Lexi has no knowledge of these charges, and has no control over them. Lexi's terms and conditions require the customer to accept all responsibility for these charges. If you're unsure about these charges we recommend you contact your local customs office.

      You may be required to pay these charges before your order can be delivered. You may be contacted by our courier or by your local customs office in order to arrange payment.

      Please note that if you refuse delivery, Lexi will only process your refund upon return receipt of your order into our warehouse. We will not refund your shipping charge and we will deduct any additional costs charged to us which usually include return shipping and customs processing fees. These fees can be between $50 and $200.
