Shipping

Australian Shipping

Shipping Charges (Metro Australia)
  • Standard shipping is FREE. (Orders under $99 will incur a $10 shipping rate)

  • Express Courier shipping rate is charged at $14.95
  • Please note that products exchanged for a second time will be subject to a $10 shipping fee.
Shipping Method
  • We ship all of our items with DHL Express or Sendle.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which lets you monitor the progress of your order.
  • A signature will be required upon delivery. Someone from your house or your workplace can sign for the parcel on your behalf, however if no one is available to sign for the delivery, a note will be left to indicate a failed delivery attempt and to give further instructions on how to receive your package. To avoid delays in receiving your package we recommend sending your purchase to your workplace.
    Shipping Time

    If your item is in stock, your order will be processed the next business day after it has been received. If you have ordered an out of stock item, the order will be processed as soon as your item is back in stock. If you order multiple items we will ship all available items as per normal, and out of stock items as soon as they are back in stock.

    For standard delivery, please allow 1 to 6 business days from the date the order is despatched from our premises. For express deliveries, please allow 1 to 2 business days from the date the order is despatched from our premises. Deliveries may take slightly longer for country areas.

     

    International Shipping

    Shipping Charges

    All prices are shown in Australian Dollars.

    • Standard International shipping is charged at $20 AUD.
    • Express Courier shipping is charged at $29.95 AUD
    Shipping Method
    • International orders are sent using DHL Express or Australia Post.
    • Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number which lets you monitor the progress of your order.
    • Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
    • Price, and shipping and handling charges, do not include relevant custom duties taxes that may be incurred when shipping overseas. These charges are to be paid by the customer. Please check with your local custom office for more details.
      Shipping Time

If you have ordered an out of stock item, the order will be processed as soon as your item is back in stock. If you order multiple items we will ship all available items as per normal, and out of stock items as soon as they are back in stock.

      Please allow 2 to 10 business days from the date the order is despatched from our premises. Deliveries may take slightly longer for remote areas.

       

      Returns and Exchanges

      If you are not completely satisfied with your order or have found a fault with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange. Please see both policies below.

      Refund Policy:

      If you receive your order and decide that your item:

            • Doesn't suit you
            • Is not exactly what you expected
            • Or you've just changed your mind

        You can return any unwanted items to us for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Refunds will only be accepted for purchases of full price items - sale or discounted items are not eligible for refund. 

        Products marked as 'Last Chance' are our last remaining sizes in selected styles and are heavily discounted. As such, we are unable to offer any returns on these items. Exchanges will only be accepted for alternative sizes in the same style where available (replacement item shipping at customer's expense).

         

        If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:

        1. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition, and is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached. Please note, items that smell of perfume or deodorant, or have make up marks or stains on them will not be accepted as returns.

        2. Complete the return form at http://lexiclothing.com.au/pages/return-form.

        3. Please wait for us to contact you via email or phone before you send your item back to us.

        4. Once we have contacted you and approved the return, please post the items back to Lexi at the address we provide you.

            • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping must be prepaid and use a registered or traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Lexi Australia Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
            • Products returned to Lexi for exchange a second time will be subject to a $10 shipping fee.
            • All returns will be processed within five to seven business days of receiving your parcel.
            • Please note Lexi is not able to refund sale items.
            • Refunds will only be issued on sale items if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged. Please see below for further details regarding refunds and faulty items.
        Exchange Policy:

        If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value or Lexi credit, within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice. Please follow these steps:

              • Make sure you let us know which style or size you would like to exchange the item for. Please note, your item can only be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
              • We will try our best to fill your request, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock.
              • If your item is unavailable, or your requested exchange is less than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with Lexi credit that can be used to buy something else either online or in store. Credit will be valid for 12 months so you have plenty of time to find something you like!

          3. Please wait for us to contact you via email or phone before you send your item back to us.

          4. Once we have contacted you and approved the return, please post the items back to Lexi at the address we provide you.

          Faulty or Damaged Items

          All of our products are checked carefully during manufacture and again before being shipped, however it is possible that a fault will slip through. If you receive your package and the item has arrived broken, damaged, or has a manufacturers fault, please contact us on returns@lexiclothing.com.au and we'll arrange to have the item returned to us free of charge.

          If your item has been deemed faulty you may choose to receive a refund or you may exchange the item for another of equal or lesser value.
