LEXI is growing their customer service team and are looking for a retail superstar to be based in their Adelaide headquarters. Customer service, stock management and general admin are integral to this role so it’s key that you are a multi tasker, you enjoy working with people, have a friendly can-do attitude and can respond to customer phone calls confidently.

Responsibilities include:
  • Retail and customer service within the Adelaide showroom
  • E-commerce - picking, packing, dispatch, receiving goods and stock room organisation
  • Showroom housekeeping and merchandising
  • Management of regular stock counts, stock transfers and stock levels
  • Management of customer returns and exchanges
Essential criteria:
  • Strong interpersonal relationship and time management skills
  • High level of organisation and excellent attention to detail
  • Great initiative and excellent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • An interest in fashion
